Sore Eyes ?

Past 12 hrs till now, my eyes ain't good at all.
been putting the eye drops claiming that it helps relief irritation and dryness.,
i Dont even know what signs of irritation i have , but is red n sore
so sick of this, cause i been getting this several times .
